Bridges of learning classroom visit
In classrooms across the project, teachers are moving beyond understanding concepts to actively shaping how children think, engage, and learn.

We are reflecting on the latest data from the Durbanville Schools Foundation and Metro East Education projects.
Within one year, most learners moved from being not school ready to being prepared for formal learning.
They thought their classrooms were different.Then the conversation began.
South Communities Training
Thirteen teachers are currently participating in the South Communities Basic Concepts training programme.
The project has brought together twelve teachers from a range of school communities.
